Tues, Dec. 2—Dr. Fran Viscovich discussing Twice Exceptional students (2E.) Learn how to identify students that excel in specific topics yet also have a learning or developmental disability, the programs available for these twice exceptional students, and ways to provide challenging academics that address both needs. Nassau Community College's The Achilles Project will also be outlined.

Fri, Dec 5--Art Show. "You are a Star!" theme invites all elementary school students to show us how they shine through their original artwork on display throughout Manhasset Barnes & Noble.
Fri, Dec. 5 - Sun, Dec. 7—SEPTA Book Fair. Manhasset's Barnes & Noble will donate a percentage of all purchases with SEPTA voucher to the library book drive for the Manhasset Library's new special needs parenting section. All items and gift cards purchased, as well all all purchases at Starbucks inside are included in the fundraiser.
