$500 Grants for August 2009

Last year they closed the grant applications in two weeks from the overwhelming response—so mark your calendar now!

 

Applications being accepted for up to $500 to help parents with any expenses (OT, PT, Speech, travel, fees etc.) for ANY AGED individual with a disability or developmental disorder who lives at home. See attached application or link to https://www.neighborheart.org/contactus.asp to be put on the “Notify Me” list.

Nassau County Handicap Permits for Disabled and Special Needs Families.

NY State Access Pass for People with Disabilities

Permits a resident of NYS with a permanent disability free use of parks, historical sites and recreational facilities operated by the OPRHP and the Dept of Environmental Conservation.
